Motel 6 Villa Park, IL

The staff was nice. I have no complaints there, but when we walked into our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke and the cleaning was terrible. Everything worked fine but the white doors around the handle were not white. They were dirty as hell the shelving had grim and what seems to be cigarettes Residue from people smoking in there. The door frame was completely dirty as well with that cigarette yellow residue the bedding had stains on it very small, and when I lifted up the bed, there was stains that looked like poop and lots of dog hair and the little soap packets they leave looked like they were from the 1900s The label was all rubbed off and it looks like they were trying to open them. I don’t know it was gross. But if you are looking for a cheaper place to stay and not worried about the dirtiness then you got your pick. I would recommend bringing ur own bedding

Motel has roaches. Like we killed 3-5 roaches every day. Fridge couldn’t not be used because it smelled like spoiled broccoli and body odor. Non-smoking hotel with cigarette holes in the bedding. Front window had a one foot gap that allows outsides to look right in.

Bathroom was a mess! Toilet did not flush, tub did not drain well so I’d stand in a puddle of water while taking a shower. I stayed for 3 nights in a room with 2 full size beds. Housekeeping made the beds, emptied trash, and left more bar soap and fresh towels on the second day. It was appreciated.

Do not recommend this hotel if you’re staying for longer than a week!! Rooms were dirty, Rooms had a weird scent to them,There were roaches and bugs in rooms, They gave My lady and I rooms with No microwave or fridge, The doors could barley close..Just horrible.. And when i asked them to be in a new room they just put us in a room that’s similar to the last one… Only good thing about the motel is that there’s tons of places you could eat around.

The only good thing is pet friendly. Other than that the rooms are dirty it just feels so dingy I felt like wiping down everything with bleach it’s gross walls are stained with junk sinks are plugged and the bathtub was nasty the floor in the room is cracked they have ants all around the garbage cans omg the list goes onnnnnnnnnnnnnnn sheesh 🙄 i remember staying here long ago it was nice now just trash.

Rooms aren’t clean properly. Everything in the room was dirty or cracked. The tub was disgusting. Roaches crawling in the bathroom sink when you turn the lights on. Loud rattling noise coming from the bathroom all night. Loud noise coming from outside the rooms all times of night. Front desk attendant gave my room number out to a random stranger. Big crack in the tile in the middle of the floor. Stains all over everything. Not a clean place. Cheap prices but not worth the stay.

Please be aware that this is the sketchiest motel ever. The google photos are so inaccurate it’s laughable. There was a man passed out in his car in the parking lot, a prostitute out front, the rooms reeked of cigarettes, holes in the flooring. This is 100% a flop house. Save yourself and your safety by staying somewhere else.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! Completely infested with roaches when my daughter stayed 1 night woke up to a complete infestation of roaches all over the walls, behind tv and floors DO NOT STAY HERE!
