I had a wonderful experience staying at Extended Stay America in Pennsylvania. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a long-term stay — everything I needed was right there, from the kitchenette to the cozy atmosphere that truly made it feel like home. What really made my stay exceptional, though, were the staff members Rovena and Camia. They went above and beyond every single day to make sure guests felt welcomed and cared for. Rovena’s professionalism and warm attitude made check-in smooth and stress-free, and Camia’s kindness and attention to detail made every interaction a pleasure. Both of them bring such positive energy to the hotel and genuinely care about the guests’ comfort. It’s rare to find staff who go the extra mile the way Rovena and Camia do — they are the heart of this location and deserve recognition for their outstanding service. We had a wonderful and rejuvenating stay at Extended Stay America!! Our king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Loved the full sized refrigerator in the room as well. But the main reason we are doing a review is that we wanted to recognize and commend the Front Desk Rep, Camia, for her friendly greeting and especially her general concern for our pleasant stay. Each time she saw us, she inquired about our comfort. You could just feel her pride in the brand she that represents right down to noticing that we were bringing in pop tarts and her suggesting that there is a toaster, coffee and other items available for us to use and enjoy. So thank you, Camia, for making us feel so welcome. You are great!!! We will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Camia at the front desk made the experience worthwhile. She was kind, thoughtful and informed. I booked the place through last minute hotels the same day I checked in. The place is not new. It is not at all fancy. But my room was clean. The air conditioner worked and the bed was fine. It was only $104 including tax so I definitely got more than what I paid for it.

This place was very dirty we had to wash the bath tub before using. We asked for another pillow for my son how is 4 years old and we were told what's in room is what you get he was on the pull out sofa. My father's room smelled like mold. Worse place I have ever stayed at. Never again. Dogs barking half the night. I would not send my worst enemy to that dump

I waited an hour and half in their lobby (set to 78°) holding my 1 year old baby because their rooms weren’t ready at the designated check in time. ||After finally getting a key to my room, I was disgusted at the cleanliness and condition of the room. Stains on the pillows, the floors, the sinks, the couch, carpet peeling off the walls, rips on the couch, layers or dust. ||I saw that I was still able to cancel my reservation online so I cancelled and proceeded back downstairs. I quietly and respectfully let the front desk staff know that I was not comfortable staying in the room and didn’t feel that it was suitable for a baby to be in and that I would not be staying. I also let them know I processed the cancellation on my end through the third party that I booked it through. They said I didn’t need to do anything else and I left the property. ||I was still charged directly from the hotel over $300 for my “stay”. I did a chargeback through my bank and Extended Stay fought the charge and refused to return my calls.

I stayed here on August 2nd, 2025, and was shocked at how unsanitary the room was. The bathroom had pubic hairs and grease on the walls and counters, the toilet seat was broken, the shower did not drain and had missing tiles, and the room smelled overpoweringly of animals and feet. Animal hair was caked into the carpet corners, sticky residue covered the floor, and there were stains and splatters on the headboard, microwave, and walls. We had to open the window just to tolerate the smell. I took photos because the conditions were beyond unacceptable. I would not recommend this location. I plan on contacting the health department.

The door to my room can be pushed open without using a key. When I went to shower the tub filled up with water and wouldn't go down. I left and came back and there is less water but still water in the tub. Talked to a lady at the front desk and she wrote it down on a list of other things that needed to be done. Nothing was fixed! I didnt feel safe. They wouldn't change my room. I will never stay there again. Its falling apart. The molding and fixtures are peeling and falling apart. They took a $100 deposit they I wont get back for 3-5 business days.
