Doug Richmond Computer Services

Doug was great, he managed to re-build my PC after the hard-drive became corrupt and MOST important was able to retrieve the files (legal documents) I had to have from the old drive and made sure a 'clean' copy was transferred to the new drive! Couldn't fault his knowledge, expertise and lovely demeanour. DEFINITELY recommend to everyone!

Doug attended my problem within the hour, and was absolutely fantastic. Solved my PC Issue, it was all explained clearly. They also provided excellent advice for PC care and gave great recommendations for programmes. Generous with his time, a true professional. Thankyou Doug!

Excellent service, everything explained and Doug is straightforward to deal it. My laptop worked much between afterwards an I was given some tasks to do that will keep it that way. Highly recommended.

I used Doug after getting poor advice from another local repair shop. Doug carried out some fault finding & diagnosed my gaming laptop as beyond economical repair. I received a written report within a few hours and I would highly recommend him to anyone with computer issues

I couldn't recommend Doug more highly, his knowledge and fast service were exceptional.

I took my son's 2 hear old laptop, relied upon for University, to Doug as it had blue screened and lost all it's drives. Doug was able to see it that morning , he jept me informed of progress, and was able to not only fully solve the issue but he nstalled the latest HP drivers and now it works a lot better than it has done for some time. Fantastic customer service and very reasonable price. Would highly recommend for PC or laptop issues.

Doug Richmond provides fast, friendly, professional advice with expert technical support on a wide range of computer services at a very affordable price. Doug saved us from having to buy two new laptops which was a really nice surprise. Both our old laptops run faster now than they did when they were new and all the data is now safe! Doug is great and we would highly recommend him to anyone at any time.

Fantastic service from Doug. I had a problem with my printer. I emailed him for advice, he replied immediately recommending a simple solution to clean the rollers. He supplied me with links etc. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Doug to anyone needing any advice/ help.
