Awesome Service! Brought in my ASUS vivobook for an OLED screen replacement, dropped it off mid-day last week and received a quote for the repair in 24 hours. After Mr. Kai dropped me a call and got the go ahead, repair was completed in 4 days (taking into account the weekend), Kai dropped me an email Monday afternoon confirming the repair was complete and ready for collection. Simple and straight forward good customer service, 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Mr. Kai.

Absolutely fantastic service for a very reasonable price, when fixing me Dell computer. They diagnosed the same issue as Dell computer support, without me giving them all the information, so very trustworthy company and also, a damn site cheaper than what Dell were asking me to diagnose and fix it. fantastic 5 stars, will definitely recommend and use again.
