Exceptional Service at iStore Hereford I visited the Hereford iStore last year with my iPhone 12, which had developed a serious fault outside of its warranty period. The team advised me to contact Apple directly, and after speaking with a senior technician, Apple confirmed that my device was part of an affected batch and approved it for repair. When I returned to the store, we discovered that my iPhone’s anti-theft activation lock needed to be deactivated before the repair could continue. Despite it being close to closing time — and after I explained I had driven two hours to get there — the staff kindly stayed late to help me. During the wait, the team went out of their way to accommodate my partner, who was heavily pregnant at the time — making sure she had a seat, keeping us updated, and chatting with us to make the experience genuinely pleasant. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out. While I was there, I also noticed how calmly and courteously they dealt with other customers, even when some were giving them attitude. Mat, Ryan, and Nathan handled every situation with patience, respect, and good humour — they truly don’t get enough credit for what they do. In the end, my phone was deemed beyond repair, and a replacement was ordered. Knowing my situation, they even provided a temporary phone so I wouldn’t be without one while waiting for the replacement to arrive. Mat, Ryan, and Nathan were absolutely outstanding — professional, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond wherever possible. I can’t recommend iStore Hereford highly enough. Genuine customer service at its best.

Nathan was exceptional. Helped us solve the problem with our macbook air. Gave us plenty of time and explained the process as well as solving issues with a fake virus notification. Highly recommend and will definitely revisit if we have any further issues or need to upgrade. Thank you!

The whole experience was outstanding. Jordan is an exceptional salesperson with outstanding talent and wonderful people skills. His gentle, kind manner over the 2 days my friend and myself were in the store getting help with my friends locked iPhone made a bad experience into a good one. The after care service is superb and we were made to feel cared for and not a nuisance, although we felt we were. Ryan and Liam (I think were the names) the other guys in the Hereford store were lovely and supportive as well. I’m a technophobe so I rather dreaded the experience of bringing in an apparently dead iPad and buying another. My fears were groundless; the staff were understanding, very helpful and efficient and I was delighted by the service I received. Definitely five star!

Everyone here is so friendly really helpful. They always help out with deals and discounts whenever they can and keep us updated along the way. I would be lost without these guys today as I would have Lost all my kids photos and videos if they hadn’t managed to transfer everything over before the tablet went bust

Jordan Macdonell was a really helpful shop assistant and was so patient showing me things on my iPhone, pairing my iPods etc. Thoroughly recommend him as a super sales assistant.

Served by South African Liam this morning when we popped in to buy a new phone. Customer service from him was excellent. Very attentive and ensured we went away with exactly what we required. Great having staff that know how to deal efficiently with the public, and have impeccable manners. Thank you Liam.

Overall great service and very helpful as I'm not very techy. However, I purchased a new model iPad and you have changed the charging connection from the old models - You did ask me if I had a c charger, I said yes i thought so and I hesitated. My fault but it would have been good if you'd said a new adapter was required from the old ipad as I didn't realize this. So now I'm waiting for an adapter to come as I can't charge my new iPad.
