I am very happy to recommend TPSL without hesitation. Not only were they quick to understand our particular business needs and to engineer a solution accordingly, I have also found them to be very much to be relied upon in an emergency. Not only that but they now manage our telecoms for us, saving a small fortune when compared to our previous supplier. As a very small company, we simply cannot afford to be offline for more than a minute as our revenue suffers immediately. I am pleased to report however that on the very few occasions we have suffered outages, TPSL have leapt into action to save the day. I think as a small business themselves they have a true appreciation of how important it is to avoid downtime for any reason. Congratulation TPSL. Really impressed with the level of service and friendly team. I emailed an enquiry and had a response within an hour from one of their tech experts - I had contacted several repair shops & several never got back to me, TPSL were one of 3 who did and having done a bit of research I decided to use them based on reviews. Really glad I did, they charged me a lot less than I expected, checked another laptop for me as a good will gesture and completed the work within a few hours. I spoke with two front of house ladies who were really lovely, and one of the tech guys came out to speak with me and he was great too. All round can't fault them and would use them again without hesitation

Having used TPSL for more years than I care to remember, I am endlessly impressed by the way they have kept ahead of the curve – I type this on my new dual screen laptop, will email them using the internet connection they put in, and via the 365 subscription that they manage for me. All in all, they are a delightful company that does, what it says on the tin, delivered with finesse and genuine care of a family business, matched by the quality of a multinational brand. HUGE thanks to Charlie, Derek and the team, you all are AMAZING 😊

I purchased a new printer earlier this year and suddenly experienced an issue which was eventually found to a problem with my laptop. I found the response to my query was very swift and Charlie was very helpful and courteous in resolving the issue. Good firms succeed because of excellent customer service and this firm certainly deserve a five star for their response.

We had to write this review because we were so impressed with TPSL, they were recommended to us by a friend who put us in contact with Derek. We wanted a specially built computer for a graphical modelling program and we had some specs as to what we should use. We also needed the computer quite quickly for an important job. With the current issues with getting any computers or components, we were worried we weren’t going to meet our deadline. Derek came back with a few options and recommendations, which we discussed and choose the most suitable. They managed to source and build the computer in less than a week and due to the high value of the computer, they arranged personal delivery. We have now had the computer for nearly six months, it has been absolutely faultless, we didn’t even require any support from TPSL, everything just worked perfectly straight away. We recommend them very highly, their service was excellent and would use them again.
