Installation of the Samsung Frame televisions can be very tricky, that’s where Carl of Sensory Integrated Solutions has been amazing. We bought a 55”Samsung Frame TV and I contacted Sensory Integrated to install the TV in our lounge. The Frame TV basically hangs on the wall so closely that in standby mode our friends think it’s a painting on the wall rather than a TV. This Amazing technology requires expert installation. That’s where Integrated Solutions performed a perfect installation. Good prices, and exceptionally, friendly, knowledgeable, customer advice and service from Carl and Mark. Absolutely fantastic service! We will call on them again…

We have had a problem with our Sky for several years the quality of the picture on one of our TVs has always been poor. A different problem arose with our TVs and we called Sensory. The engineer sorted the problem we had called him for and then noticed how bad the picture was on this particular TV. He began investigating and after trying various things we now have a brilliant picture. Can’t thank Sensory enough for their perseverance and would have no hesitation in recommending them .

What can you say? I had a problem with some, (very high end), hi-fi kit / cables. The guys at Sensory just sorted it, like it was nothing! I would like to give them 7, or even 10 stars! This is how it should work - you explain your problem and then it gets sorted! Thanks Jonathan and all your team!
