Great company! Ordered the drives, payment was fast and painless, the order was delivered ahead of schedule in well packaged wrapping and in separately packed mylar bags. Tracking information was available from the moment payment was made and support followed up to ensure the items were delivered safely. 10/10 experience and will continue using their services as needed!

Have been using Intelligent Brokerage for years and have found the guys there to be extremely helpful delivering fantastic customer service (thanks Matt and Andy). The equipment we have purchased from Intelligent Brokerage has always arrived on time and is in the condition we expect for refurbished items. In addition Matt and the team will always go that extra mile so if they don't have a specific item in stock they will source it as quick as possible. Can't fault Intelligent Brokerage and will continue to use them for all our HP and Cisco refurbish needs.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt i needed to for this company! I work for a large education trust and we were tasked with a large infrastructure overhaul project to replace our entire fibre and copper network switches and server infrastructure. I stumbled across these guys and I've never looked back! I was dealing with Blaine and Andy and these guys are truly amazing. They helped us design and plan our network down to the last detail. Blaine was exceptional and after many, many revisions of the spec from our part, was always patient and professional. There was no hard sell at any point which I experienced from other companies in the tender process, their knowledge and professionalism completes the sale without the need for these tactics. They designed a solution for us that met our budget perfectly and coupled with the 3 year warranty, which they do honour with no quibble. Andy had visited our site throughout the project to assist with the installation and configuration and is exceptionally knowledgeable. Their ongoing support is second to none and I still badger Andy for help now and again and he is more than willing to assist, even when its not his problem! This company are a true gem and I would have no hesitation in coming back to them time and time again. They are now my first stop for networking and servers and I have no need to go anywhere else. If they don't stock it, they will find it! Unbeatable value and unbeatable customer service. Excellent service from the team at Intelligent Brokerage. One of our server developed a fault after testing which was quickly diagnosed as a CPU issue and the next working day we had new CPUs which fixed the issue. Very helpful and very quick to respond when needed.
