Initially, we had asked Phil to help us install a network booster. He solved the matter in a very short space of time, and the system has been running without fail ever since. On his way out, he advised us on the purchase of a new PC. We had been wanting to buy a new PC for a while as our present one had been running very slowly. Phil obtained a new system for us, and installed it a few days later. We have been very happy with it, Phil was at great pains to explain to us all about how nit works and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of computer installations. Would have no hesitation in using him again.

Phil was a pleasure to deal with. He identified the problem as my old low performance net book. He found me a great replacement at a reasonable price and set it up for me. It is now connected to my printer by wifi and I am extremely pleased with the service.
