I visited Cell Base a couple of weeks ago when my phone suddenly stopped turning on. The team was incredibly helpful and immediately offered to try changing the battery. When we discovered that the battery wasn't the issue, they didn't charge me for it and quickly diagnosed the problem with my faulty Face ID sensor. They managed to fix the issue within a few hours simply by disconnecting the sensor and didn't charge me anything as no new parts were used. I was more than happy to pay for their time and expertise, but they insisted there was no charge. Their kind, honest, and knowledgeable service was truly refreshing, and I was impressed by their professionalism. I would 100% recommend Cell Base to anyone needing phone repairs—fantastic service :)

BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS THEYVE LEFT THEMSELVES. After i posted this review and someone else has had a shared there bad experience there has been 5 good reviews made at the exact same time by CellBase. They are leaving good reviews on their page so you don’t see people’s bad experiences. Avoid unless you want to walk out with more problems, and paying to fix problems that you didn’t go in with. My phone screen went completely blank today randomly when i was out, they had replaced my phone screen in the shop when it was taken in for the water damage and new back, I wasn’t aware they were changing my front screen as that worked fine and wasn’t smashed, when i had it? My phone was fully charged today and it just went black i could faintly see my phone screen i tried to swipe it to turn off and it wouldn’t do anything, wasn’t responding to me pressing anything. I took it to the nearest phone shop to get it fixed as i was out, who then showed me the inside of the phone and badly the screen was fitted and the amount of glue everywhere and the mess it was in. I’ve ended up paying more money for a screen replacement which didn’t needed replacing in the first place, all in all it’s ended up costing me more and i’ve had more problems with my phone than what i went in with.

My phone went in for a basic repair , at first I was done it was a new battery needed .. three days later still no repair Chased up the repair to be told the phone needed a new charging port due to water damage and a new back to the phone . Upon picking the phone up a week later they had replaced the screen with an inferior cheap screen .. I realise now that this was because they cracked the screen when attempting to repair the phone , this will explain. Why they didn’t charge for the screen and when I was leaving the shop they told me to make sure it had a phone case on . The screen did not appear to be fitted correctly but as it worked I didn’t question the quality of the repair . Five days later the screen wouldn’t work . As the phone was needed I took to a phone shop .. they were appalled with the quality of the so called repair . The screen had not been fitted to the phone , had not been cleaned of glue and was a complete mess . The new phone shop carried out a fantastic and professional repair , I am lucky I still have a phone that works , had I relied purely on Cellbase then would not have had a working phone . Pointless going back to Cellbase to complain , they operate a cash only business and I had no receipt .
