Been going to Sevenoaks for over 20 years. They have never once steered me wrong since the days when my budget was very limited to when I now have a little more give over what I could choose. The team always give you an honest view AND are not slow to tell you when you don't need to replace or upgrade your older kit. They always explain complex issues and are very patient with what have to be a very pernickety bunch of people (hifi enthusiasts) Customer service is second to none and they want you to be happy with your purchase including a home trial. Try them out

Had my Cyrus streamer firmware upgraded here, Chris was very helpful and performed the update whilst I waited after I called them to arrange just a couple of hours beforehand. Very happy with the service.

I would advise against using this branch, and my poor experience has put me off ever using Sevenoaks again. They seemed completely out of their depth on our project and we had to get a different company in to fix the mess they left us with.

Went there twice to hear and purchase 2 Bowers and Wilkins subwoofers. Staff miss a trick. Please dont try and sell me something else. I know what I want. Still waiting for my call back..... Update: Have now purchased elsewhere as got fed up of waiting.
