Went in this morning for my newspaper. Went to self service tills. I posted my coupon for the newspaper, unfortunately, it did not register, had to wait for floor manager to come. She was extremely rude in her manner almost implying I did not know how to do it. Questioned me in a condescending manner. Eventually, whilst opening the box to check the coupon, she looked at me and said, take it, implying the newspaper, and then added, next time you go to till not here, with a very rude tone. Could you please retrain your staff in dealing politely with customer's.

I think this place is really good for a forecourt shopping place. The prices are pretty good for a fuel convenience store are ok , obviously a little higher than a superstore but it isn't too bad. The place is clean, the staff are very friendly, helpful and kind, always professional. Good range of items within the store. It can get quite busy inside the store and also on the forecourt but seems to move quickly. If the store has a long queue they do ring for help. All in all a pretty happy place. You can also claim your tesco points.

The staff are really nice and friendly and do there best to help you. They stood in the pouring rain directing the trafic whilst the fuel shortage was bad But still smiled and tried to help. Definitely the best tesco local.👍
