So fast and efficient. I was prepared for a long wait but my number was called out simultaneously with my ticket being printed. Excellent experience with Rosa Williams. She was so pleasant, patient and helpful - Fulton County is fortunate to have her. Highly recommended this service center.

This office is very professional and efficent. I was in and out with new Georgia tags in 30 minutes. Also, it was a much prettier drive than going into downtown Atlanta. A special shout-out to the associate on Window 6 today. Thank you.

I had a great experience! The service was exceptional from start to finish. There was a very short wait time, which was a pleasant surprise. Shaska was professional, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Shaska for making it an easy process.

The manager, Tiffany Tyus, will do anything and everything in her power to restrict your ability to obtain a title. Having multiple properties and residencies will make her unable to think or do her job in any capacity. I am ashamed to live in Fulton county and have to deal with tax paid employees such as her.

Visiting this Fulton County tag office exceeded my expectations in every way. I visited at lunch hour today, and the location was easy to find along with clear signage to the entrance. I expected to wait at least an hour and to my surprise, I sat and waited less than 5 minutes. The vehicle registration officer Necho, who assisted me, was the most professional and kind government employee I've worked with in a very long time. He was knowledgeable, efficient and speedy. Additionally, he was so generous to give his time to help me change out my car tag because I didn't come prepared with the correct tools. He really made my day and what I thought was going to be a headache, he made it the easiest experience. Thank you, thank you!

I went in at 9:15 and was called in instantly. Left with a completed registration by 9:27. The staff were very polite and instructions were concise.

highly recommend this location if you have to go to a tag office inf fulton county come to this one! Even if you don’t live in Sandy Springs I highly recommend coming here. I don’t live near here I live in south Atlanta but I didn’t want to deal with parking downtown so I chose this location and I’m so happy that I did! Everyone was kind and patient and there was no wait! The nicest experience I’ve ever had at the DMV!

Came here right when they opened on a Tuesday. My ticket was called within seconds of grabbing one. In and out with my problem resolved in less than 10 minutes. Note: I researched what forms to bring in advance and called the office a week before to confirm this information. If you come prepared, you won’t waste any time.
