Beachcomber Beachfront Hotel

Leslie the manager was very polite and ladies at the front desk. Hot Tub the jets wasn't working but it was hot. The pool was nice . Room was nice size and kitchen was great. Couldn't get no dish liquid or towels from house keeping or front desk. But very polite. Biting flies were bad until I bought Zevo from Walmart. The Algee smelled really bad Monday through Wednesday. Gone on Thursday. Beautiful Palm trees and land scape 🌴 . Great value and nice . Stayed 4 nights

My husband and I been coming to Panama City Beach for many years (this is where we met 26 years ago). We normally stay with family but this year we wanted privacy. We first stayed at the Radisson but was not pleased with their service. We found this hotel online and it looked nice. When we got there, our disappointment started at the front desk with extra fees and bad parking space. The room did not look like the picture; it was so old and dated. We were going to check out the next day but we a met a housekeeper in the hallway and after explaining to him the situation, he asked us if we give him a chance to make it right and find us another unit. He was so genuinely nice, and we felt so bad at the way we spoke to him that we gave him the chance. He took us to see another unit and the beds were better and it was nicer even the kitchen was nicer. We agree to move to the new unit, and he even helped us move our things. We stayed for a week, and he followed up with us and the housekeeping service was amazing. At the time of check out we asked to speak to the housekeeping manager to praise him for the attention he gave us, and it was when we found out that he was the housekeeping manager Mr. Isiah. Needless to say, that the hotel needs some repairs but with this type of service we have found our new place to stay in Panama City Beach. Never in our many years of traveling have we ever met a housekeeping manager, or gotten such personalized service Thank you, Mr. Isaiah, for taking care of us. We will see you soon!

A friend getaway for 3 was made even More fun when we met Bryce Meadows who set up our chairs n umbrellas each day. He gave us the low down of best places to eat n things to see while in the area. So friendly and accommodating- felt like we had known him forever!

Not offering discounts after they were disgusting is ABSURD! don’t share it with your team!! FIX IT! Make it right!! Offer a discounted rate!! It was hot with no AC! Toilet was disgusting! UNACCEPTABLE! It’s 101 degrees outside and the rooms have NO AC!!

The Hotel was great. I was Traveling with my three kids and husband, we had a wonderful time. I read the bad reviews and honestly they are exaggerating. Our stay was wonderful the hotel pretty much shuts down at 11. They are accommodating with your needs. We were there when maintenance was needed. The repairs were done with minimal disruption to the guest. Rooms are exactly as pictured. They are clean and it's not easy getting sand off the floor and surfaces but they maintain cleanliness throughout. Everything you need is at the hotel. Tiki bar, beach chair rental, pool, hot tub,and right on the beach. It is no or low smoking winch is a plus for me.

The management is outstanding, the hotel was clean, relaxing and one of the best I've been to in Panama City Beach. Gabriel helped me and was super nice and helpful in getting us all check in smoothly. I can't say enough about how Beachcombers is my new place, can't wait to spend my days at the cool Tiki bar next year. Thank you to the staff, Beach guys, and all.

We had a great stay at this resort. The staff was very nice and very hard workers. Yes this is a old hotel so the rooms do loom worn however they are clean and very accommodating. The price is right and the view is amazing. Really enjoyed our stay with Team Beachcomber. Let your haters be your motivators and keep shining like the stars you are!!!!
