I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!! Worst hosting experience ever. Customer service is BRUTAL. They seem to autogenerate ridiculous names as being the supposed customer service team members. Billing is BRUTAL and CORRUPT!!! I wouldn't touch this hosting company with a 10ft pole. RUNNNN and go elsewhere like WPX Hosting or Verve Hosting or Interserver (super fast customer service). I'll be switching service as soon as my contract runs out. YOU WERE WARNED!!!

Updated the server without even informing. Only realised it when the website went down, reached to their customer support, they redirected me to an article informing of server upgrade. As if i am sitting, searching, and reading articles around their server being updated. All they had to do was send an email to inform customer before the upgrade and changing they have to make to their website. Customer service is terrible. Keep going around in circles.

EXTREMELY SLOW customer service. I started with them 4 years ago and would’ve given 5 stars back then. Now, it takes them over 24 hours to respond and help with critical issues. Buy at your own risk. The support just isn't worth it. I’m currently paying over $3,000 a year for their service — switching soon.

This company is not recommended. I was a customer for over 3 years. It seems this is now an Indian company. This address is fake, just a postal address. They charged me over $200 for a starter package. You can get a similar package for $100 at a regular price. I called and they refuse to refund my money. I fought back calling the credit card company, so they blocked me from my account. I have 3 domain names that i own that i can not get out of this hideous company. They never pick up, I waited 3 hours (see picture) no answer. They have no customer service. I email them no reply. There was no need to block me after i was overcharged. They are not professional they will soon lose their ICANN accreditation for such actions. They will bury this review under paid reviews. Use another provider. You have been warned.

Servers always seem to go down with minimal traffic and they renewed my account automatically and when I reached out the day of the renewal, they told me that I could not get a refund and offered me a credit for already sub-par hosting.
