I am very disappointed with this store. My husband bought me a purse at the Vineland Premium Outlets and wanted to exchange it for a large one, but since he hadn't bought it, I decided to ask for a refund, but the manager told me that the store's policy was not to refund money and I had to settle with what they had. That gives me the impression that the store has poor quality. How disappointing, I will not buy from that brand again.

This is a store with discounts that are actually meaningful!! The customer service is top notch, Lucas is a gem of a sales associate…knowledgeable, helpful and supremely kind. I’ll be back to buy from him specifically over and over again˙ᵕ˙

Beware! Don't buy anything here as a gift just in case they don't like it. Went to return a gift I bought my wife the day before. Was told all sales are final. I was not told that yesterday. Today I was told it says so on the receipt which I wouldn't get till after I buy something. Poor customer service for the brand. Staff was polite about it.

I just had the BEST shopping experience at Marc Jacobs - Orlando Vineland and I have to give a huge shoutout to Gabi who works there. She was an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, she was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. Seriously, she was more helpful than she needed to be, and I appreciated every bit of it. Gabi has been helping me with my shopping experience even though I live in another state. I haven't had a single problem; in fact, she's made my shopping experience even better. She’s super professional, but also really kind and fun to talk to. She made sure I found exactly what I needed and turned my shopping trip into such a pleasant experience.
