I ordered the smart door lock slim and installed on a Pella lifestyle series multi point exterior door. The process was great from start to finish. I did the guided video install with Dimitris and Malcolm and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to install the lock on my particular Pella door. The smart lock works fantastic, looks fantastic, and most importantly the customer is extremely happy. Will definitely use this product again on future projects!

We recently purchased a Marvin Ultimate Door, and we were shocked to find that there were no smart lock offerings for this very high end door--that is, until, after months of searching, I found the Smart Door Lock Slim from The Connected Shop. The Connected Shop's staff was extremely helpful in selecting the appropriate lock and even put me in touch with a locksmith that could do the installation for me. Once ordered, the lock arrived in just a few days and was of very high quality and would look great on our new door. In the end, I decided to do the installation myself. The job was pretty straightforward, and only involved enlarging one hole in the door, and drilling one new hole. This lock, out of the box, doesn't support using the Marvin deadbolt, but I saw a video of an installation that slightly modified the lock to do that, and it was pretty straightforward for me to make that change to my lock. We're very happy to be back to having a smart lock again, and we are particularly pleased with how well the fingerprint reader on this lock works. Just a quick touch with our thumbs unlocks the door! And the complex multipoint lock in the Marvin door works exactly as it should with our Smart Door Lock Slim. I'll also add that I had a quick video tech support call with The Connected Shop's staff, and they were able to answer all of my detailed questions. I'm very pleased with this product and the service I received!

CS helped me find two different locksmiths in and attempt to install my lock on a rental property in TN (I live in PA) the door is an older style multipoint Pella door. Neither of the locksmiths was willing to do the work as it required some door modification. the mods were simply drilling one hole and widening a second hole. I can understand the locksmiths' hesitancies of not wanting to damage the door, but I had a chance to visit the house and once I looked over all the instructions, I went to work and had the lock in place in less than an hour. You do need to use care to make sure you are clear of the existing mechanism, but it all worked out. CS made calls on my behalf and stuck with me through the whole process. They were relentless in helping me find a way to work things out. 12/10!!!

Connected Shop has been fantastic to work with. I had an issue with my original exterior handle, and they immediately sent out a replacement without any hassle. Their responsiveness was impressive, and it was clear they were committed to making sure I was completely happy with their lock—which I am. The whole experience gave me a lot of confidence in both their product and their customer service.

The features and quality of this door lock are very impressive. Additionally, the customer service was as good as I’ve experienced in a long time. Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for a quality electronic door lock. Will purchase again for our other doors.

We love our Connected Shop lock! When we remodeled our house, we put a smart lock on all our doors so we wouldn't need keys to get in. However, one of the most commonly used doors is Marvin door for which no smart lock exists... Until I stumbled upon The Connected Shop. Before I purchased, during installation and even after the installation was successful, The Connected Shop took care of me. Based on photos and measurements, they recommended the correct lock and mechanism to purchase. My contractor wasn't familiar with The Connected Shop locks, so we struggled to get the lock installed, but they held our hands through the process and everything was installed successfully. Now - we can enter and exit without keys and absolutely love it. I'd give them six stars if I could.

Andres from support communicated with me and provided the documentation I needed to complete the set up. Once I had the necessary info everything worked well. I have set up multiple 6 digit codes, finger prints and smart card access. Now I can easily enter the apartment with just my thumb print (or code or card). I have also tested the temporary code - I remotely setup one up on the phone app, told my son the number and he was able to unlock which will be great for vendors or anyone that needs temporary access.

The slim line electronic door lock is fine technology but difficult to program. Fortunately, I found the Connected Shops staff, from owner to tech support, very committed to customer service and satisfaction. Product (customer) Service is everything as the buisness gets 5-stars.
