I needed to get a copy made of both sides of my drivers license on the same sheet of paper for my new passport. Kinko’s staples, all blew me. They told me they didn’t that. I googled copy shop, palm printing popped. I went there praying they would do this for me. I’m a very small with a not your usual request. Robb reprinted it 3 times to my satisfaction. I pulled out and credit card and told him to put a tip on for himself. He told they don’t credit cards under $20. I would’ve payed him $20 for that outstanding service. I didn’t have any cash on me. He told me next time I came I could pay. I immediately went and and got some cash came back gave $20 cash for the copy. Best $20 I ever spent. You can’t better customer than that. I’ve never left a google review. I’m very in nature. But when a business goes out of like Robb did, it’s my pleasure. I like to local small business. Thank you palm printing.

Awesome customer service and support! During the past 4 weeks, I have had over a dozen new orders with over 40 new graphic artist proofs created. Plus a rush order on trade show trinkets that needed our logo printed on them. Even with Hurricane Irma causing havoc with UPS shipping ... the crew at the Print Shop in Bonita Springs came through for us. Outstanding! ... Exceeding any high expectation!
