Ahoy at Captain's Quarters

The bungalow was amazing, updated, clean. The trash cans are small but regular trash is right outside if those are an issue. The gulf is like a block away. The house maid is very nice and will help in any way possible. I cant say enough of the good things but well worth every penny.

So happy I chose to stay here very beautiful and up to date property 3 minute walk to the gulf coast on Anna Maria island. Large smart tvs with all streaming devices. Grills and heated pool nicest place I’ve stayed in a while wish I could live here

Updated rooms small parking for only 4 vehicles and no microwave no garbage cans only small bathroom ones does have beach chairs close to the beach walking distance

Our unit was not cleaned well at all when we arrived. The bathroom was so outdated and small. The floor in the unit was very sticky and the AC was set to 78 and smelled like mildew. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. For over $500 a night there are far better options. This place shouldn’t cost more than $275 a night and that’s even pushing it for what you get. 👎🏼

We went to this place for one night just as a getaway and it’s a very nice private place. There are a few things that could be better, the chairs they give you are falling apart and hard to put on your back to carry bc the straps don’t stay on, the shower is a bit small and we couldn’t figure out the hot tub for awhile, We could turn the lights on and the jets but couldn’t figure out the temp until my husband finally went around building outside the pool area completely and found a temp gauge to turn it up, which is dumb it should be inside the hot tub area so your not searching for it. We also thought it would be more bubbly. :/ Other than those few things it was a nice quiet relaxing stay. Not a long walk to beach maybe 3/4min.

Checking in was difficult as the pin for the door wouldn’t work. Finally was able to enter, The place has a weird wet clothing smell that was overpowering. The bathroom was small especially the shower stall. I’m average height and I barely fit. I couldn’t imagine a tall male in there. The dishes still had food particles on them. Then there was no parking. I called, texted and emailed many times and never received a response. I would consider elsewhere for the cost.

Great location no view This is an older property renovated with four efficiencies nestled closely between two larger homes directly in the middle of the island a few feet to the bay or beach.
