Our company has been using serverhouse for a little while now to colo our servers. The team at server house are excellent. We've had the odd occasion where a server has been rebooted remotely by us and not come back on for example and every time we've been able to depend on the reliable team at server house (even in the middle of the night) to lias with us in resolving the issue. Always in a timely manner too. Aside from our own equipment issues that has meant very brief down time on the odd occasion, uptime has been excellent. There's also 24 hour access which we've taken advantage of on multiple occasions to carry out maintenance work without affecting our own customers. Connectivity speed is always relatively consistent. The cost savings over AWS and other cloud providers have also been significant, meaning we've been able to offer a better value for money to our customers. Always a pleasure to deal with serverhouse in Fareham, happily recommend to anyone looking to colo their equipment in a reliable, reputable datacentre.

Been with ServerHouse for about a year now and got to say... love it! From the beginning Ricky was very accommodating and friendly which made selecting them to be our Colo center so easy! This was my first ever install, so I was a little inexperienced in setting up my server and rack mounting it ...etc... but the team were super friendly and willing to assist me if they could. Okay, it isn't a pub, or a restaurant, but those have to be paid for somehow! The staff at ServerHouse have been courteous, friendly, and have gone the extra mile to get us up and running. The connectivity is extremely fast, and the latency to our key assets is circa 20ms, which is precisely what we need. All of the usual datacentre security and accoutrements are present and correct, interlocking doors, audit in, audit out. Very pleased.
