I am a loyal customer of 8+ years. I have two premium managed services with them for which I pay top dollar. They have gone to the dogs in the past 12 months. Their service is utterly unreliable. Support response times are a lottery. Our servers are regularly either slow or completely unreachable. We also got hacked on one a few weeks ago. Moving to another provider asap. Avoid at all costs

If I could choose zero stars I would. HostPresto moved all our emails to a new server without our knowledge which resulted in the email system of our 8 regional offices crashing. Support was unbelievably slow, literally taking a day to get any kind of progress. I am writing this and it is day 4, our email system is partially up but every sent email has vanished and support can not seem to retrieve them. Furthermore various online forms we use have now also failed becuase our domain no longer links to a server ( or something). We are not techies, and rely upon help when we need it, HostPresto have been woofully inept at solving our issues, woofully slow in responding and for the life of me I cant understand why others have reviewed them positively, our entire company has ground to a halt and they are simply not fixing the problem that they themselves have caused. We shall shortly be day 5 with the problem still unresolved and so now I am resorting to this public outburst of frustration!

We moved to Eco from Heart Internet last year and initially everything was great. Within weeks things went downhill fast. Eco became Hostpresto - in general very slow support response. This weekend they started migrating all our services over to a new platform. Whilst this has been on the cards for a while now - we had literally 2 days notice that it would take place over the weekend leaving us no time at all to warn the majority of our clients. However, they've been migrating sites for a while now so how bad could it be? Surely they've ironed out all the niggles by now? Absolutely not. Our phones have been ringing off the hook today with people losing email, having no email, not being able to send email - the list goes on. First support request submitted at 8.45am today - now 15:18pm and not a single response, even though they are listed as High, or Urgent in their system. We have no idea when things will be back to normal and we can't pick up a phone to complain.

Unfortunately my partners website was migrated to host presto when they acquired the company that hosted it, which incidentally had run without hitch for years. Since host presto have taken over we have had nothing but issues with billing which mean they suspend the site frequently which loses my partner business. Having needed to pay manually every month for a year we eventually got it setup on pay pal for recurring payments only for them to put their prices up, which is life we get it, but they only take the old amount automatically, leaving a £1.20 balance, and today the website suspended again! We subscribe to dozens of other services which take automatic monthly payments and have none of these issues, Why is it so difficult to work with this company.

Receiving invoices from this company while I never ordered any services from them. Send multiple e-mails, only get a reply I have to login to a Hostpresto customer environment to discuss further about the false invoice. Very difficult to come in contact with this company. Only to get forced to login. Also send a request to delete my details, but the only answer is I have to login to their customer environment. What a waste of time.
