Really great company! They did a great job, went above and beyond to make the cost as reasonable as possible and the service was excellent from all 3 staff members I spoke with. My colleague who also had their laptop repaired here said the same thing.

100% recommend, very friendly and honest staff. Took my PC in and they fixed it quickly and discussed my best options in a clear way. They told me exactly what I needed and what I didn't need, which is very honest. Great people working there!

I highly recommend Titan Computers. A few months ago I emailed them with an urgent problem with a laptop at 6.30am and they’d emailed back before 8am. We took the laptop in as soon as they opened and they dealt with it really quickly and sorted out the issue. They kept us updated by phone and charged a very reasonable rate.

Took my laptop here a few months back as it needed a very specific repair and they gave me a very fair price. Came back with the same issue, they were super kind and took £250 off an upgraded Mac as well as getting the data back for free. Really amazing service and lovely staff.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, reassured me that my Macbook will be fine after an entire bottle of water got on it and Apple tried to charge almost £900 to fix it. Took in my laptop on a Monday and received a call saying it was up and running and would be ready by Thursday as only a few internal parts needed work, it got to Friday and I hadn't heard anything so I had to call to chase up and find out that more needed to be replaced and a new keyboard ordered in. Over the next week I had to keep calling for updates, and informed that the engineer wasn't in for a few days. They did kindly offer a loan laptop for the time being, which I didn't take, however I would've definitely appreciated more communication during the process as the extra repairs meant it cost more than I was initially told, and I had to chase up to find out about these. Got the call to pick up my laptop 2 weeks later from the drop off date, and it is up-and-running perfectly, and they did inform me that the parts they replaced have a 1 year warranty. Overall good experience, will definitely be going back if I ever encounter any more issues
