James and his team go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are looked after. We have recently had an issue that was dealt with professionally and with constant follow to ensure there were no further problems. Even offering help outside of normal working hours to get the problem investigated and fixed. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable IT support company to help their business. I consulted Purple Computing to assist with setting up systems, printers and Sharepoint. I found the support really knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. The subsequent response from the helpdesk was outstanding and quick. Brilliant and thank you guys!

Quick to respond to my shouts for help, be it a dodgy printer connection, slow network or email issue. Always friendly. Always fix the problems without fuss, and happy to spend time offering advice on how to avoid future issues. Happy to recommend.

MacBook Pro died today which was a disaster. I needed to ensure the replacement mirrored my iMac & phone, Time machine backups were linked, all app's the same, etc, etc. Spoke with Dean who kept me calm, filled me with confidence and within about a tenth of the time it would have taken me, had everything done and running sweetly. Great service and a big shout out for Dean ... another 5star experience with Purple :-)
