Nettl of Exeter

The team at Nettl, namely Richard, Dan and Josh and also those who were involved in the production of our graphics behind the scenes, went above and beyond to help us brand two new buildings in quick succession with really short notice! They were friendly, professional and had a great eye for detail. The graphics themselves were of a great quality and installed perfectly. We will definitely be using them again.

Nettl are always a joy to work with and we are always pleased with the quality of the products. They put up with our tight schedules and are happy to go back and forth until both parties are happy with the quality and look of the printing works. Especially thank you to Richard for helping us with our latest printing project for our exhibitor stand.

We have been using Nettl for years, mainly to print our interpretation graphics, marketing materials and vinyl letters and they are the best printing company we have worked with. Highly professional with fast turnaround, affordable prices and excellent customer service. The final products are always top quality and look incredible in our exhibition spaces and outside the Museum.

We had the pleasure of working with Robyn to make new leaflets for our business. Robyn quickly made us feel welcome by making us a hot drink and chatting over what we wanted to create. We are delighted with our new leaflets and look forward to working together again in the future.

We are absolutely thrilled with the website design provided by Nettl. Chris was attentive, skilled and professional. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the end result exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend their services!

Nettl has been a great company to work with over the past few years. They have completed many projects for us to a high standard. Their customer service is great and the team are dedicated to achieving our goals. The staff are always friendly, experience and on hand to assist with any queries. We have found them to be one of the cheapest suppliers compared to other design agencies but they do not compromise on service, standards and outcomes. We are always impressed with the work this company delivers.

Nettl were brilliant on my recent web project. Start to finish they were patient, empathetic and responsive. Really happy with the the end result.

After being let down at incredibly short notice by Vistaprint we had no option but to source an alternative supplier for flags and banners, we settled with a different online retailer who, like Vista, had no problem offering a quick turn around and taking our payment. As time was short and a let down had already occured I called the online retailer to confirm that everything had gone through ok with the order. I'm glad I did as when they looked into the order they found they were unable to fulfil it within the advertised delivery time due to a website fault. We tried Nettl of Exeter next and in future will make them our first stop. The service from Tom and the team was second to none and despite our job containing a little more work than expected (due to our sizing being done for the previous suppliers) they pulled it out of the bag with remarkable efficiency and fantastic communication. On the whole their prices came in a little higher than our previous quotes but I can confidently say that they were worth every penny. Their unit on Marsh Barton was smart, well kept and is well set up to host design meetings with ample sitting space, numerous life size examples of their products and a selection of hot drinks available at a reasonable rate. On arrival the whole team was on hand to assist with the packing down of the flags and banners (which were set up and looking great) and to offer advice on care for the items. I strongly recommend you see what they can do for you! A special thank you to Tom, who handled the situation like an obsolute champ and again to the whole team who made these products a reality, and in our case, in record time. 🙏
