Delivered a cooker and installed it, broke my gas mains, the cooker was faulty so they took it back, temporarily fixed the mains and took me off my pay as you go smart meater and temporarily put my gas on for me "whilst they rang me utility company to fix the issue and get me back on pay as you go". It was left for ages untill i got the replacement coker and then I get some guy arguing with me on the phone saying its not there responsibility. They didn't even tell me they broke my gas mains either when the broke it originally. Avoid this company by all costs!!! Edit in reply to there comment: no you did not follow the correct procedures at all, you passed blame and broke my mains without fixing it back to its original state. That's appalling. Stay away everyone VERY argumentative company who like to pass the buck and brake stuff and if we're being totally honest need better gas safety men because theyre dangerous. Argos are just as angry with the way you handled this.

Just had a delivery from two of your guys. Not only did they ring me to see where I was they then were willing to wait five/ten minutes for me to reach the delivery address and receive the item. I’d told Ao to leave it on the door but this wasn’t allowed. Two polite chaps that dropped my delivery to the door and I really couldn’t fault the service! What an asset they are to your company. Crew number EXV600B in times like these it’s worth making a fuss of people that normally get moaned at. Thanks lads have a great weekend.

Never delivered my washing machine after changing the delivery slot 7 times. .I have no washing machine and wasted my entire Sunday waiting for delivery. Absolutely fuming

Had an appliance delivered by this company and they were excellent. The drivers could not have been more professional but friendly. Communication beforehand was spot on. Highly commendable.

Ao distribution centre that sells seconds and tries to palm them off on customers and then blames the drivers for any damage. Under paid, badly run and sherks all responsibility but making sure staff are self employed. The only reason I've given it 2* is because there are some decent staff there, but out weighed by tossers in my opinion...
