I'm the best part of a £1000 out of pocket because of this store. It's been 2 weeks and I have still heard nothing. Promised phone calls that never happened by several different people. I had to contact their customer service team and go through the complaint procedure to get anywhere. Stay away from this store! Exeter Digby retail park. I will not be using this branch again!

We popped into Currys in Exeter just to have a look around — but thanks to Nathaniel and Harvey, we ended up spending a small fortune (and honestly, no regrets!). These two were absolutely brilliant — so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely charming. Their product knowledge was spot on, and they managed to explain everything in such a helpful and friendly way. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch. I walked out with a Dyson Airwrap and insurance the lot and my daughter left with an Apple Watch and all the extras. We weren’t planning to treat ourselves, but Nathaniel and Harvey made it far too easy. Massive thanks to both of them — top lads who made shopping a pleasure!

Absolutely appalling service and products. Purchased a carpet cleaner online and picked it up at this store. On the first use, it started smoking. See attached videos and photos. Called customer care representative, which was for some reason so complicated. The representative in the phone was short in his responses and a bit impolite. He said the product will be picked up from our house and after the call we receive a confirmation email with collection place being outside the store during a weekday afternoon. No concern regarding our availability or accessibility to get to the store. The old guy at the repairs and return section was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I was gobsmacked by how bad the service is. Never going back or recommending it to anyone again.

Went in to Currys in exe vale with the view to buying a new tv. Stood looking at the TVs for at least 20 mins and at least 6 members of staff walked past me and looked at me and not one person asked if I was ok or needed help. There were 2 members of staff about 15 feet away just stood yapping to each other the whole time I was looking. As I walked between them to leave they both ignored me too. Sorry Currys. But your customer service was terrible. I won't be coming to you to buy my new TV. Even if you are serving another person it takes seconds to acknowledge someone and maybe get another staff member to assist. I am a store manager and wouldn't accept that in my store.

Great customer service at Currys! Maciej was very helpful in helping us choose the right product and made the whole purchase quick and easy. Really appreciated the support! He was also really friendly with our children and happily chatted with them, which made the shopping experience much easier and more pleasant. Much appreciated!

Terrible service took Dyson hoover for repair under 7 day repair or replacement service it took store 5 days to send it to be fixed. The store manager less than helpful in fact told us a pack of lies. I contacted curry’s technical department and they provided a time line from when store sent hoover and when they received it. It took 7 days and they still had not looked the appliance. Never again especially with that store and manager Rob shop in future at Woolacotts in Plymouth

This is the worst Currys branch I have ever been in. First they completely denied helping me with an item I wanted to exchange as I had ordered it online. I thought it was fair so didn’t mind it much. But then I wanted to know more about few IPhones and honestly the staff personnel assisting me was extremely unhelpful and a little rude too. I ended up not buying anything and just leaving the shop right away. (And ironically he training another junior member at the same time). I have always liked all the Currys branches I had been in, the staff members have been genuinely helpful and nice but this one is really disappointing .

I needed help choosing a tablet for university as hadnt bought it before and wanted to make sure it was right for everything i need to do on it. Gouri was very friendly, helpful with any questions I had and I felt reassured I had made the right choice!! Thank you for all the help and I would very much recommend!
