I went here to see if the data from a couple of old hardrives could be retrieved and was very happy with the service and reasonable costs when they successfully managed this. I felt the two staff were both professional, friendly and helpful. They patiently explained things to me and helped me with some other issues also, which was over and above what I had paid them to do. I will be coming here from now on for any future IT needs I may have.

I had a problem with my laptop so dropped it off to Stealth last week. They carried out the repairs on it in a few days at a very reasonable price and they kept me up to date along the way. Staff are very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend Stealth for their outstanding service.

They have really bad service! I went there with a pc that turned off every time i went on a game and it cost £20 which is decent however they diagnosed the problem wrong so i was charged £90 for a service which failed to fix the original issue. They used my problem as a way to make more money! They just told me to pay for a new power supply (from them) which obviously didnt fix my issue and when i raised this with them they were rude and arrogant and lied when we were discussing how they failed to do their job. DO NOT GO HERE!

HONEST!!! GENUINE!!!! Spoke with respect; no attempt to Baffle , or frighten , with phantom expected problems that would escalate Final costs!!!!!!!! Unlike some of the more supermarket type of IT outlets.... 15out of 10.... Will RECOMMEND to all of my friends and commercial users of IT.....!!!! HONEST COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Wow!!! We don't get this customer service from Tesco when asking for an item when we can’t find it, these guys explains everything in plain English and step by step, very helpful, they cleaned and sorted out my laptop issue as it was shutting down, they said it was overheating. Thanks stealth we need more companies like you!!
