I stayed in a short-term let apartment in Edinburgh for three nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking — from pots and frying pans to knives and all the essentials. A special mention to Host-Ed: their team was extremely helpful throughout, always ready to answer our questions. In particular, Sara went above and beyond to support us, and her assistance made our stay even smoother. Congratulations to the whole Host-Ed team for such professional and attentive management.

I rented a holiday apartment in Edinburgh through Host-Ed and had a wonderful stay in April. From the moment I reached out, the team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly. A special thanks to Agnes for going above and beyond - she was always quick to respond and made sure I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable and well-prepared for my stay. The apartment itself was beautifully kept, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our stay. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and hassle-free, which made our trip even more enjoyable.

Awful company . Didn’t tell us our lockbox was shared with another flat . Our keys went missing and we were locked out at 2 am. They wouldn’t get us a locksmith and told us to wait outside til the next day in the cold. We managed eventually to arrange our own locksmith . The owner then paid for the locksmith and the company sent me a message thanking me for handling the situation with ‘such grace ‘ and refunded £100. However … They then slagged me off on my Airbnb blaming ME for the missing keys and claimed I asked for a full refund . This is not true . Vile people. Avoid.

Due to unforeseen circumstances my friends and I needed to pivot our Edinburgh travel plans. We had accommodations via Host-Ed. The Host-Ed team were lovely and understanding. They provided quick responses to our inquiries, and they were flexible with our accommodation change. We will revisit Host-Ed property options for return visits to Edinburgh.

I always use Host-Ed to book accommodations in Edinburgh. They have a great variety of options, so everyone will find something to suit their needs! The customer service is exceptional! Apartments are clean to a very high standards. It always feels like home being in such taken care of apts 😊

Host-Ed is awesome at handling everything. No issues with the flat, it's in great shape. They sort out problems fast. Been living here for a good while, and it's been smooth sailing. Perfect for anyone wanting a stress-free place, especially with their focus on short-term lets. Totally recommend them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointing, I booked the accommodation in good faith. Received a confirmation email and then later in the evening was told it needed to be cancelled. Very odd indeed. They couldn’t initial explain why, other than there was an error with the booking system. Oh and that it may be available in a couple of months but they couldn’t confirm. I appreciate that errors do happen and so I asked if they had any alternatives, they offerred me alternatives and then said they couldn’t book me the alternatives as they weren’t available yet, and that would let me know when they could book it in for me. I then receive messages today to say that the booking window is open, I message back as soon as I see them. 7 hours after my message they tell me they opened the booking window as I didn’t respond quickly enough (apparently they waited 24 hours, but unfortunately I didn’t I receive this message) and now someone else has booked! Obviously I am very disappointed and tell Agnes & Sara that I think they are disorganised and the company is is shambolic and that I am disappointed with the lack of customer service. Somehow I am ‘impolite’ and ‘disrespectful’. I’m not sure they are living up to their own website: ‘ We do that by taking care of every aspect of it’ ‘ Moreover, we strive to keep everything as clear and hassle free as it can get.’

Stayed for short term rentals less than a month in one of their property. Nice property with clear instructions how to use the equipment’s in property. Cleaning is good . Neatly maintained . Easy accessible to shops and bus stops. They are responsive … Got response immediately or given call back in sort time…. Overall we are satisfied..
