These guys are solid people, they are responsive and understanding. Not only was the delivery done in timely fashion, but also when I wanted to return an item they responded not even a day later. bought an lg oled and received a great deal. they were able to negotiate a reasonable price for me and my family and they were able to deliver as well. very polite and great service. if you’re looking for good quality tvs for a cheap price then you should get in touch with these guys. thanks

AVOID!! Bought a “New” TV. 4/5 months later, a couple of dark spots appeared. Refused to give a receipt upon delivery despite one being requested 5 or 6 times, so not interested in a warranty claim of course. Naughty. Tried to keep the extra media remote, which only appeared from his back pocket once I told him to take it back lol. Had the tv looked at since, chap advised some parts had been replaced previously, so not “new”.. He’s a big seller on Gumtree in the Birmingham area but doesn’t post under the name now. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

This company is the worst bunch of scammers selling faulty goods. Less than a week with a TV COSTING a very large amount of money that doesn’t work and they refuse to give back my money or replace the tv. Disgusting! I wish i had read the reviews before purchasing anything from these thieves as it seems i am not the only one who has had problems with this company. WHATS WORSE IS THIER FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES ARE LEAVING POSITIVE REVIEWS - please dont be fooled and go elsewhere to purchase your goods. I would hate for someone else to experience what i have from lack of customer service once they have your money to quality of products they are selling. I will be following suit of those who have left reviews and contacting trading standards and the police. Hopefully these people will be shut down and unable to defraud anyone else.

Please Please don't buy from this people . They are scammers. I had a similar problem to Luis Alberto. I even offered them to take out £50 from what I've already given them and give my balance but he refused. I'm going to make life so uncomfortable for them. I think they dealt with the wrong person. I've already spoken to my Lawyer who will start proceedings today.

Bought TV last Sunday for 620£, guy said he will send me a receipt + 1yrs guarantee over Whatsaap. Never did. Came home and it turns out TV was faulty(line on the left hand side). Sent him a picture of the TV and was told to bring it back next day for replacement(another 60 miles trip and two hours waste of time). Got there checked the TV and it was faulty. However, we couldn't find suitable TV for me at the moment and a guy said he is getting Samsung UE65KS8000 tomorrow and we'll be to deliver it to me on the same day 16:00 - 17:00 which was okay for me, I can live another day without TV. Didn't ask him to give my 620£ back. Next day txt him if he's still coming? Got reply it's not possible because of the lock down and warehouse is closed and he will deliver it Thu or Fri. So I send him a message: Lock down is for next few weeks. Need to know exactly when u are coming, coz if u r not coming thu or friday I’ve found someone on FB whos got Samsung. Can’t live without tv mate. No reply. Then on Wednesday I've sent him: Let me know, coz If u r not coming tomorrow or friday I’ll ask u to transfer money into my bank acc. If u can’t do it I don’t mind coming to ur shop. No reply. On thursday I've decided to ring that number on their website after explaining situation to the guy on the phone which said he has nothing to do with me or with the guy who got my money, but tells me he will speak to a guy. Later that day I got a phone call saying they have returned that TV to supplier and supplier says it's not that tv. They said I have swapped TV and brought different one. Guy said they got cameras, so will be going later to that shop to ask them to have a look. Why should I leave them 620£ and expect them to bring me a TV to my home address after I've done something dodgy(swapped TV and brought different one)? Would you do that I'll update on the outcome later. Have been in touch with Trading Standards and Consumer rights. Next step will be taking them to court.
