Donington Park Farmhouse

Great venue, I was lucky enough to photograph a wedding there last week and it's just a great environment! Staff were brilliant, grounds perfect and the day ran without a hitch - which is exactly what I'm looking for as a wedding photographer! If your looking for the perfect wedding venue you'll struggle to beat this! Highly recommended for relaxed, cool and modern couples looking for something different.

Attended family wedding- wedding meal, evening bbq and breakfast were good. |A few of us arrived together on the car park and asked several staff for directions to the venue but they were unsure; we also noted waiters weren’t sure what was in the canapés & didn’t ask if any allergies. Check in/out was brisk -receptionist on autopilot? ||We Stayed in room 4 - Be Aware of the step down into the room- I fell quite heavily. I reported it on check out and have suggested a door sign. Room a bit dated but adequate for overnight stay. Overlooks a busy road and the airport flight path. Tea/coffee facilities but bottled water would have been a nice touch.

Stayed over one night on business while working at East Midlands Airport. Great choice of location. Beautiful location, very peaceful, the rooms were lovely and private. I’m not surprised someone was having a wedding there while I was staying over!

We stayed on the caravan site,the two nights we stayed where perfect,toilet facilities where close by and very clean,the shower block is a short walk but easy to get too. The meals where lovely. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and very dog friendly as well.the whole site is brilliant and surrounded by lovely views.

The campsite is very expensive with limited facilities and you'll have to pay extra to have a shower. Also very noisy due from planes from nearby airport and motor racing & bikes at circuit next door. Surly staff don't make it any better. Avoid.

A very friendly and welcoming place. All staff were polite and very helpful. Even in the blistering heat the bar was cool. The beer garden was welcoming and spacious with subtle lighting at night

Stayed on the camp site for our first trip to the Donington Historic Festival this weekend. Went with low expectations based on previous comments but very happy camper. Loads of space, easy access to the circuit and a considerate camping community including pheasants, owls, wood pigeons and numerous hedgerow loving birds. We used the toilet blocks and camp kitchen, all clean and fit for purpose. Yes the planes are noisy, there’s an airport up the road….Ryan Air must fly through the night but take ear plugs and you’ll sleep through it. Would stay again for future events at Donington Park - great circuit.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything you expect from a well run campsite. We didn’t go to the hotel itself but the vibe was well run and good value.
