Rachel is an amazing swim teacher. When I started, I didn’t know how to swim and was scared to even put my face in the water. She was patient and calm. She explained every step clearly and never rushed me. Rachel helped me feel safe in the pool. She taught me how to breathe, float, and move with confidence. Now I enjoy swimming and look forward to every lesson. If you’re nervous about swimming, Rachel is the teacher you want. She knows how to build trust and turn fear into progress.

Extremely dirty cubicles, toilets and changing rooms.. The life guards do not clean the shower rooms. I keep finding hair on the floor of the cubicles, and bits of rubbish. Very poorly kept shower area. Absolutely disgusting. I have complained they still haven't sorted out the cubicles. Moreover, some of the shower rooms have no doors or broken locks , so i cannot lock the shower cubicle after a shower. I have also found food ( bannanas) in the shower room. Absolute disgrace. I do not understand why they are making me pay for swimming pool membership when they are providing poor service

The 25m swimming pool is very clean, however, it can get very busy due to swimming lessons and areas for public swimming taking over swimming lanes. Changing area normally clean, but during peak times can be a bit messy. Booking system is very easy to use and slots are always available. The 50m swimming pool is amazing and very clean, but unfortunately they only open during weekends, morning time only. I hope this could be extended to weekdays with more time slots. Gym is very nice as well, plenty of equipments and mostly new. Free weights area quite small but overall ok. Overall, this leisure centre is a great option for gym, swimming and others things to keep fit. Soft play area for kids is great, but there is a charging fee. Staff is friendly and helpful, if you got any issues it is easy to address via email and management will reply to you. Overall, highly recommend.

Very good and comfortable leisure centre. Three swimming pools. Well maintained. I really enjoyed my last visit. I highly recommend visiting this leisure centre.

I cancelled my membership almost three months ago but still been charged by monthly direct debit. When called over the phone, was told that is my responsibility to cancel direct debit. Yet Everyone Active very happy quietly receiving money for nothing. Shame on you !

I take my son to lessons here and although the teacher is great the environment it is consistently messy and dirty. I complain to reception every week but it seems to fall on deaf ears. It’s truly disgusting at times. There is no effort to keep it clean or clean in general. Honestly terrible for a swimming facility that hosts babies and children.

Great experience. We had a private birthday party. And I can say it was great. Everything is in place, a clean and safe environment. Toilets for kids and adults, hot coffee and tea. Great and welcome staff members. There are 2 little riding machines that kids can sit on, payable by contactless payment. A high, but safe soft play, climb, 2 slides, one short, one long, and a ball pit. Small round tables with chairs.

Watched lifeguard training this evening, was nice to see the professionalism of trainer and lifeguards taking part. Would also like to say its great to hear that the shower corridor is having new cubicles, should have been done originally, but great news 🤩
