West Country Tech LTD

Brilliant company who have sorted out all our tech stuff and problems. Farm CCTV and Starlink superfast broadband to name a few. They are very efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly and we cannot recommend them more.

Excellent service from Westcountry Tech, great communication throughout. Chris and Jack were on site to fit the CCTV system and they were fantastic, very professional, friendly and very tidy, also explained how everything worked with the new system too. Thanks again, highly recommended!

Matt came this week and set us up within a day for an old system not purchased through West Country Tech which we were having a lot of issues with. He didn’t stop working until he was satisfied he was leaving us with it fully operational. Great guy, great company.

We had a Smart Camera CCTV system and livestock cameras fitted May 2020. Tom is exceptionally passionate/knowledgable about security and takes time to match customer needs to products. We had 9 smart CCTV cameras installed and Livestock cameras. The Tech boys/installation team were wonderful when on site installing the system - considerate to a working business needs - they were quick, efficient, timely and tidy. We received thorough training after installation- what we could expect from the system and how to use information should we need to. We are delighted. The system really works for us just as we wanted. We have taken the aftercare monthly payment plan to ensure we have 24/7 support and maintenance should we need it. West Country Tech are market leaders - their passion, knowledge and enthusiasm shine through - we are delighted.

I can highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about having a camera set up done. Our specific requirements were listened to and we were advised as to the best solution for us. After a discussion on the best places to position the cameras, the installation was carried out to an excellent standard. The cable routing in particular was very neat and tidy! Great patience was shown when demonstrating to us how the camera system and the various settings worked. 10/10 from us. Thanks West Country Tech!!

Thanks to west country tech , I have gained hours of sleep !! First class service throughout and highly recommend for anyone with livestock or security camera needs!!

Very good service from Tom and the team, competitive price and did everything that was quoted on time. The 4G internet will make a massive difference to our company and also the cctv gives peace of mind security. Highly recommended.

We are elderly farmers and this year faced losing our lambing assistant due to covid travel restrictions. West Country Tech. could not have been more helpful. Within days a livestock camera had been installed in the lambing shed and endless patience shown in explaining how it worked! It has totally revolutionised life for us over the lambing period. We have been able to monitor almost continuously the sheep day and night without the 3.00am braving of the elements. In fact with the overhead camera I can see them better than on the ground as they remain I undisturbed. I can highly recommend this very professional family business.
