Szymon at NOVO IT LTD was very helpful and friendly, from the outset, putting himself out to fault find my laptop in super quick time. Sadly it was beyond economic repair, but Szymon removed the HDD and SDD and provided links to buy enclosures for them, and also advised on a suitable replacement laptop. I can’t recommend NOVO IT LTD highly enough! Superb service, thank you!

When I had a problem with my laptop, I’ve contacted Szymon from NovoCustom, who quickly investigate an issue & advised me about options I had. The whole process, although stressful for me at the beginning as I was worried that all my data was lost, couldn’t be done more professionally.
