Keepmoat

I recently purchased a new build property at Exhall Meadow from Keepmoat and have had an overall positive experience. The design and layout of the house are modern and well thought out. The build quality is impressive, with good attention to detail. Special mention goes to Kirsty, the sales manager, whose support until completion was invaluable. Her dedication and professionalism made the process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, the aftersales customer support team deserves appreciation for their prompt responses and efficient handling of any issues. The sales team was friendly and helpful throughout the buying process. They were always available to answer questions and provided regular updates. The customer service after the purchase has been excellent, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. However, there were a few minor snags that needed fixing post-completion, which is somewhat expected with new builds. These were resolved quickly but did cause some inconvenience. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my Keepmoat property and would recommend them to others looking for a new home. The combination of quality construction, thoughtful design, and good customer service makes them a reliable choice.

The quality of the properties is very poor. Noticed so many issues post buy; inside wall started bending; maybe used poor quality boards. One of the walls is soaked due to poorly installed drainage lines; have to wait for ages to resolve issues. The only merit is the sales team so far.

Excellent development and friendly sales team.

A most excellent development :)
