This place is really cozy and has a great local ambiance to it. I got the hotdogs for a total of 6.99 before tip. This was my hot dog. I essentially paid for a large warm (but fluffy bun) and minimal dog. I think of the total volume, 1/7 of it was hot dog… I didn’t even taste much hot dog, every bite was bread. I personally am disappointed to spend $7+ for warm bun and relish. Bun was fluffy and warm with a light crunch though, can’t speak on anything else, as all I tasted was bun.

Wow! This is how service should be! Samples of delicious soup and ice cream is such a great idea because one taste and I had to have a whole bowl. The manager was so so nice and cookie fest was so fun for the kids. New favorite lunch place in boulder. Try the “that’s what she said” sandwich! Great for kids too.

Was in Boulder with my daughter for a CU admitted student event. Very close to campus and parking was easy to find on side streets just a few blocks away. Great menu options and even a quick grab-n-go section too! I was offered a sample of their homemade sweet potato curry soup and it was amazing! I ended up ordering a cup with my BLT on sourdough. So good! My daughter had the buffalo chicken sandwich and she ate every last bite! That never happens :) Atmosphere was great and owner was super friendly and providing great suggestions on selections. I was a little sad I didn’t get to sit in the hand so I’ll definitely have to come back and try that out. It was still nice to have a front row window seat of Pearl Street. If you are in Boulder and want goos food with a friendly vibe, definitely check this place out!

Perfect little sandwich place with great sandwiches, soups, ice cream, etc. Best part is the staff are so friendly and helpful. We were visiting from Canada and just ended up there looking for something simple. Soup samples offered as soon as we came in and lots of suggestions with the menu. Great relaxed atmosphere, they obviously enjoy working together. Would highly recommend.

As we walked in we were greeted by the Owner Lindsey, gave us a chicken chili sample, but loved how welcome I felt. Food one word “ AMAZING” fresh, yummy and left me wanting more. Quick, no wait times. Perfect location for the visitors easy to see the restaurant as well. Thank you for your attention and lovely food. ❤️❤️

The owner was inconsiderate while we were ordering, leaving the counter during our order to host customers just arriving to the deli. She was more concerned with selling menu items to others than taking our order. While we were eating at the table and enjoying a family conversation, the owner rudely interrupted to talk about the incident. At that point I had to let her know that we did not appreciate her actions and that she needed to just leave us alone. Our experience at the visitors center and speaking with other shop merchants at the Pearl Street Mall was great, but visiting Lindsay's was a definite low point to an otherwise great first trip to Boulder. The food was also disappointing, as my mother-in-law's sandwich fell apart from all the sauce soaking the bread.

Lindsay's Deli is an amazing sandwich shop, and I have never received such amazing customer service before! I needed to order sandwiches for an event the next day, and didn't realize I only ordered 4 sandwiches when I needed many more for a much larger group (my mistake). Lindsay herself phoned me up the next morning to inquire and check on the order, and we worked together to adjust the order over the phone, add more sandwiches, and customize the order so it made the most sense for the event I was hosting. -- Lindsay and her team where able to accommodate the change, add more sandwiches to the order, cut them into 4th's for me for our guests, and was still able to deliver it all by lunch time when I had the event scheduled! Overall, I highly HIGHLY recommend going to Lindsay's deli, whether you are needing food for an event or if you are strolling on pearl street and need a quick bite to eat. She truly saved my event, and I am so grateful for their hospitality, professional and tailored customer service for my needs, and oh! Did I mention the sandwiches tasted amazing! Anyway- Thank you again to Lindsay and her team, and cannot recommend them enough.

The food and atmosphere are great, but the service was outstanding! Seriously if I could give it 6 stars I would. And this broccoli cheddar soup has a little bit of kick in it…[chef’s kiss]. Editing now just to say that it was THE Lindsay who gave us such amazing service. May she be in business for as long as she chooses!
