Called in to Netcom as I couldn't connect to internet at home. I was immediately called by Charlie who came right over to take a look - fixed the issue and as it was a simple fix didn not charge me for the call out. Great service and would absolutely use them in the future.

Netcom Solutions took over our broadband connection last year and the service has been outstanding. We had a problem and instead being held in a queue for hours on end waiting to speak to a robot or a call centre overseas, we called Netcom and the issue was resolved within a few hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company. They are professional, quick and very responsive.
