There are no distinct signs to park a car. When we arrived the gate was closed. The large car park was open for Coaches but it was unclear how to get in. We then realised you had to drive to the right hand corner and go round. Everyone was confused. Then when we did finally park the Abbey was closed due to weather conditions. Disappointing

A large car park a short walk from the village and Lacock Abbey. Free for National Trust members. You ‘pay’ using an App to register your NT membership number. It worked okay for me.

Big car park. The machines are not working so either you pay at the info tent at the park or in the info center in Lacock. 5£ for the whole day is very cheap! And you're in 5min walk at the abbey.

Well apportioned car park that is run and operated by the National trust - have used several times for walks and days out to Laycock The car park is free for National trust members or £5 - as of April 2025 - The ticket machines ere out of order but National trust were collecting on the day I was there Otherwise it would be pay at the ticket machine - which has certainly been in operation on previous visits

Plenty of space when we visited in November 2024, card machines were covered up so you could park for free even if you aren't a NT member.
