Astons of Sussex Estate & Letting Agents in East & West Wittering

From start to finish, Mark has been a fantastic agent to work with. He came out to value our property over a year ago, and gave it a fair price. Mark didn’t put any pressure on and we decided not to market at that time. However, when we decided to hit the green light we got straight back in touch with him. The process to list our property was very smooth and we had an offer within a couple of weeks. Marks guidance and advice has been invaluable, he’s gone above and beyond for us, and we’d highly recommend Astons of Sussex! Thanks again Mark!

A great experience purchasing our new house and selling our property through Aston’s in East Wittering. It should have been a simple sale and purchase with no chain but due to some complications with the solicitors involved took a lot longer than usual. Mark and the team were always in our corner and fully supportive, chasing day and night and ensuring our final deadline for moving was met and were never more than a call or email away. Knowing we could rely on Mark and the team to keep on top of things made the whole thing easier with a toddler and newborn baby in the mix while trying to move.

We had superb service from Mark at Astons who handled our recent sale from start to finish. We felt so well looked after and his communication was second to none. We would wholeheartedly recommend Mark and the whole Astons team.

Mark has looked after us exceptionally over the past year. We lost 2 buyers near to exchange date due to an issue with our home, however Mark was extremely supportive and gave us the right advice throughout these stressful times. We rectified the issue and sold for a third time, which we have finally moved. Mark was incredibly patient and we are sad to no longer be speaking to him every week. The response times are very quick and unlike any competitor we've been with before. Highly recommend Astons!

We used Astons of East Wittering to sell our property. In a difficult market we experienced a really top quality service, with Mark and his team always incredibly helpful, and endlessly kind and patient. We really cannot recommend them highly enough. Jonnie and Mary Neville

We have just bought our new house through Astons. We are very happy with the help they have provided, particularly Mark Swain who has been very helpful and proactive in getting the sale over the line.

Darren goes above and beyond while other agents only do less than the bare minimum to sell a house. Darren said he’d sell my house within a week and that’s exactly what he did. He got me full asking price. Darren is with you from start of sale until completion of sale. He does not just leave you to it and collect his commission at the end. You’ve tried the rest, go to Darren you will have found the best agent on the south coast.

Top team at Astons ... East Wittering. Mark and his colleagues were so helpful from start to finish, gave great advice, and most importantly found the buyer ! A completely professional job, and I would 100% recommend them.
