Mark at Insomnia IT Systems was a godsend. I was having problems with my internet. I work from home and my office is at the bottom of the garden. Internet is provided by a bridge system and router. I deliver training sessions on Zoom and Teams. However 20 minutes into a session I would be kicked out and would struggle to re join. I had to re locate to my dinning room to continue the sessions. It was not ideal and my husband had to tip toe round when I was working. He could not have a radio on or boil a kettle!!! Help was needed. Mark came and spent time trying to figure out what was causing the problem. Through his patience, persistence and dedication I now have an amazing new bridge system and the price was very fair and reasonable. He stayed in contact with me when equipment needed to be ordered and he always replied promptly to emails and messages I sent. He has been an absolute star and a true gentleman. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He deserves the five stars. A huge thank you Mark.

My old PC hard drive (dared 2004) was getting noisy & slower to start..found Mark's company website..reviews excellent so decided to call him..he came to check it over & found lots of problems making potential repair time uneconomical..we discussed various options....replacement..Non Gaming "Home" Laptops, PC's & specifications etc..We've decided to go for a PC and will be in touch with Mark to proceed..Excellent Service!! Update : Mark built us a new PC, transferred files etc from the old one to this one & has just installed & set it up for us then explained how it operated advising he was on hand to advise/sought any future queries I/we might have. What a difference in performance..in fact everything so a big THANK YOU to Mark from a very happy customer..

Found Mark ( Insomnia ) 7 yrs ago when as a late comer to computers we needed advice as to our requirements for our first PC, which after visiting our home and understanding what we needed and also what we didn't need from a PC he built, came and set up and explained how to use it. Move on to now and his annual health check and system protection install along with a few probably to most but but to us tech questions that he deals with in a very professional but extremely friendly manner he has just built us a new PC to keep us future proof for some years to come, as the old one was still working like the day it was built but Windows has moved on and it was not going to get updates later this year so Mark advised to be ahead if possible. Can't fault him at all so if you need anything IT related he is your guy. Keep up the 1st class work Mark. Phil Salt

Mark is the man to have around. Very professional and knowledgeable. Always finds solutions and always getting me out of trouble - even when I've created the problem. Very responsive - on my screen or visits. I recommend his services very highly. From ad hoc calls when I started but now on a yearly contract, which is better. You'll find Mark is a good - down to earth, very practical, a man who spells SERVICE in capital letters.

I have found Mark to be absolutely brilliant when helping us out with various different IT-related issues. He's clearly very good at his job - we've always been very happy, and clearly many others are when you read the other excellent reviews. It's reassuring to know he is also trusted by larger organizations including the police. I've always found Mark to be very thorough, and despite his busy schedule, he has never rushed conversations, taking time to clearly explain things. Mark has recently built us a new computer, he took the time to listen to how we use the PC, reviewed our existing model for speed etc then recommended a range of price options for us to choose from. We chose a medium toward higher range price bracket which gives us speed as well as plenty of storage capacity, future proofing our new computer which will last longer than an “off the shelf” option bought in store. Mark built the computer, fitted it in our home and transferred all our information across making it ready to use. He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions making the transition so easy for us. We would recommend Mark for all your computer needs. He is professional, efficient and very patient answering any questions and addressing any concerns we may have.
