The internet in Printworks (Sheffield) rarely works properly and when it does it's either at ridiculous hours in the morning until afternoon (forget internet on weekends) or it's so slow, it's too frustrating to use. Everyone uses the same WiFi, which apparently should've been improved, you send some MAC codes for the Conceptunet to make it faster but guess what? It doesn't work. Forget streaming Netflix in the evenings, forget online gaming, you may just be able to browse your webpages after waiting for a page to load for a solid minute. And people at Conceptunet are same at communicating as people in the holy trio - Noble and Printworks - they don't reply to emails at all or choose a question that is NOT about internet speed. They won't do anything to improve the connection. It's been 3 months and nothing has changed. God I miss Plusnet.

These guys provide the internet service for the apartment block I live in (Printworks Sheffield). I have to say it is the single worst experience with WIFI I have ever had in my life. The connection quality is poor. The speed is poor. The throttling is extreme. They clearly did not install a good enough infrastructure to maintain an acceptable speed for such a building. If you are looking to install wifi into an apartment block, avoid these guys like the plague! Your tenants will not be happy. Can you stream on Twitch TV? Nope! Can you download a game in a reasonable amount of time? Nope! Can you play online shooters? Nope! Can you do anything other than browse Facebook? Nope!

Conceptunet provide the connectivity services to my resedential building block. The implemented system leaves a lot to be desired, and offers worse speed and connectivity then the majority of coffee shops I have been too. It seems a real lack of thought was taken for overall bandwidth requirements, and the proposed solution appears to use severe throttling as a workaround. The network itself is an open network which in itself is a poor design. What makes matter worse is the representative from Conceptunet claims MAC based authentication meets OFCOM standards for network security. The very fact that came from a Senior Network Engineer at Conceptunet would not fill me with confidence in there abilities to provide resdential or business solutions. Email communication has either taken a month to receive a reply, or not reply at all. I would stay clear and go with a number of existing alternatives.

I would give this company 0 stars if it was possible based on the quality of internet and service to my flat, Printworks, Sheffield. It has been poor all year, reached out to this company and not a good enough response or action had taken place. When you are providing these speeds for 100+ students, I think you need to reconsider the product you are using. Download: 1.67 Mbps Upload: 0.87 Mbps

Conceptunet have been a client of mine for many years, we have also used their services in our offices and I cannot fault them. They are fantastic to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them they are very professional and they really care about their customers, they are very knowledgeable and in my opinion one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

This company handles the internet in the building i live in and it is completely useless. Either ridiculously low speeds or pretty much no internet at all. I definitely would not recommend this system for residential internet services, it just isn't good enough.

My WiFi works well and I've never experienced any problems. When i rang Conceptunet to register for the WiFi they responded quickly and they were really friendly.
