    Great staff in here. Repaired my iPhone 16 pro max screen today under warranty due to it being an internal problem (I wasn’t aware so thought was going to cost a bomb!). Took a few hours for it to be fixed, smooth process. Cheers guys

    I was served by Jordan a very knowledgeable young man. He helped me choose the iPad that was good for my needs. I felt very confident that he knew exactly what required. He transferred all details from my old iPad to my new one which saved me the trouble of struggling through it. I will definitely shop with Western Computers again.

    Would like to give a higher review as the staff were friendly however I bought an apple Mac and the store couldn’t provide me with a carrier bag. Had to hide this under my coat as it was raining.

    Seamless experience for a repair under limited warranty. Contacted Apple Support who advised me to book an appointment with my local Apple authorised service provider, within a few days of dropping off the laptop it was ready and repaired. Staff very knowledgable and friendly.
