InsightfuliT Services

I recently used the services of InsightfulLT and Jarek Borgul, and I couldn’t be more pleased. From the initial support with a troublesome printer that just wouldn’t cooperate, to the seamless supply of new laptops for both of my businesses, Jarek has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. His communication was second to none—clear, timely, and always professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and the level of service I received was simply outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend InsightfulLT to anyone looking for reliable, expert IT support.

Dear Jarek, I would like to thank you for the excellent service that you provided when I required a new laptop for my wife, Sheila. I explained that she was doing an online diploma so that it was important that she had a device that she could use to research, store information and write assignments on. It was also important to us that it was not a “Curry’s student type machine” that would slow down after 12 months once it received two or three updates. You gave us three different specifications from which to choose a laptop, that was built for purpose. You even advised on which Microsoft package to subscribe to. Within a couple of days, the laptop was delivered by hand from you to Sheila, who then went about setting it up. Sheila is many things, but a techno-wizard, she aint and she did run into some difficulties. After phoning you for help with the setup, you went out of your way to help her by making time to get over to see her and personally set it all up to her satisfaction. What terrific service, thank you so much.

Outstanding customer service! Insightful IT resolved our cybersecurity concerns efficiently. Affordable pricing and no unnecessary up-sells.

Jarek went above and beyond when it came to mending my laptop. Inevitable time was of the essence and Jarek understood this, he kept me updated throughout the process, even meeting me somewhere convenient for me to return the computer which is now working perfectly, a great service with great customer service. I would highly recommend him. Lucy @ Dream Space Staging Ltd
