Cheshire West & Chester

This morning 4th of October I took the bus X30 at Nag's head bus stop. At 6.56 am. Yesterday around 7 pm a young Chinese girl saw the bus passing without stopping and she missed the opportunity to visit Chester. This morning I put myself in the middle of the stop to be sure the bus would stop as I had the bus booked for Birmingham airport at 7.40 am The driver opened the door but yelled at me that this bus stop was no more used because too dangerous to stop. But the bus stop still exists and nothing indicated it had been shut down. He told me to write to the council. But as I know if I write nothing might happen, I write it here. Bus number 3101 Beside that Chester is the most beautiful town I visited in the UK and beautifully preserved. I was sad this young Chinese girl will never be able to visit as she was leaving the morning after. There is a huge youth hostel nearby this bus stop. To leave young people alone on this road maybe missing their train or flight is not reasonable.

Dont even bother contacting them ive been asking why the street service that i pay my council tax for never spray around the edges of the street i live in. I have lived in blacon for 18yrs and have never once seen the quad bike they use do our street. They are quick putting the council tax up every year but aren't quick about dealing with problems

Don't waste your time! I reported my neighbours who have a dog that wakes us up every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings between 6.30 & 6.45, we are retired. it's been going on for a long time, nearly a year, so I emailed this organisation and they have done nothing. I had trouble years ago with neighbours who had party's till all hours, so I reported this, then I found out the actual guy who should have responded to my complaint was drinking with these people in the local club. Nothing ever got done about it. Another public service that is ineffective and a waste of time!

Very poor. Chester was once a Beautiful thriving city. Now it's dead. Yes it looks nice to drive through but to actually visit it's disgusting. Shops constantly closing. Homeless people all over town usually off their heads on something, rubbish and fag butts/vapes everywhere. Recycling sometimes doesn't get taken when it due to, same with bin bags which is now rotated every week when the streets people live in are known for rats and some streets in Chester aren't provided with actual bins so people need to just leave their bin bags on floor for 2 weeks. No shaming these guys though they absolutely thrive of delivering bad service and results. Look at the Market they spewed 72M into, even that's dead now unless someone's eating. In need of a massive revamp from top to bottom this council is. As said though there is no shaming these workers who are supposed to supply a service that the people pay for. They are more bothered about what they get paid and having an easy life for that pay. These incompetent fools have destroyed the city over the past 10 years and now they leave people to wait a month for recycling etc then threaten to bill you when you don't recycle

Absolute waste of time full of brain dead empty vessels. These just ignore what they don't want to see and ignore you. After you've been through the painful motions online again and again and again to report same problem you still get ignored then it asks you for a star rating, it won't let you pick 1 star, only let's you skip this step, absolute frauds. Can't stand this council, I've not needed much off them but when you really need them to step in you can count on these to let you down. Not a fan of being ignored. Not a fan of these lot.

The council always have been and always will be absolutely useless. People who work there not only don’t care about other human beings at all but they don’t have a clue what they’re doing and don’t even know basic laws and regulations. they’re unprofessional, nasty, rude, unhelpful people and I will never have any trust for them again after what I’ve been put through because of their negligence

Shockingly bad service. Cancel appointments on the day and never phone back to arrange another one. This has happened multiple times. No thought put in at all as a member of the team once phoned my mum who has dementia and regurgitated all the information to her who is evidently unable to understand or pass it on. 5 different appointments have been either cancelled or just not kept with nobody phoning to inform the family. We’ve been assigned a care worker for about a month who anyone is yet to meet or hear of as she is apparently always on leave. I’ve tried phoning over 20 times (including the emergency number) with no answer at all. Terrible service. Find somewhere else

Just contacted Cheshire West and Chester Council to locate a grave at a public cemetary. To access the register, paid by the public, they want £17, an abomination
