What amazing service I had when I was dealt with by Sam Little. I brought my son's 2yr old iPad and daughters new iPad in which I was struggling to set up from scratch and re-set my sons. I also brought in my mini iPad which must be 10 yrs old, and Sam managed to re-set and link all three. For a very reasonable price as well, but the level of service was first class. Very polite guy as well as extremely knowledgeable. Anyone who is having any issues with iPads/Iphones, this guy is the person to talk with. Will defo return and park my business here in the future. What terrific customer service from Brad yesterday. On my iPhone a piece of wire had got stuck in charging hole. He removed it and recommended a new, reliable charger plug and lead. What’s more he even remembered me from previous visits. (but I do have pink hair and kinda elderly!!) Thanks Brad

I had forgotten my password, amongst other things, brad b has spent 3 weekends helping us with this. He has been nothing but helpful and patient. Restored all my data and photos which I thought I had lost. Brilliant customer service 100% recommend this I shop.

Exceptional service today from Bradley Wilson. Not being very tech savvy myself, Bradley explained everything and advised regarding Apple iMac options, saving me money in the process. Walked in with an unrepairable iPhone, feeling a little desperate. Sam was immediately very helpful and devised a plan of attack to save me.
