I went into the store and purchased a surprise present for my boyfriend, Which he is over the moon with, the staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They delivered and put the TV up on the wall, all very professionally, they even explained how to use the TV, fantastic product and fantastic service from start to finish. Thank you we are so pleased and we will definitely be back to buy some more speakers.

I bought some product from Darren over 20 years ago from the Southend Store, service and products was excellent. 16 years ago I purchased 2 TVs and a hi-fi Centre again the service was excellent, the installation was not easy for them as I wes having other work done in the house at that time and it is over 100 years old. But nothing was to much trouble for Darren’s team. I have just had to more TVs installed by Darren and he’s team, and again the service was excellent. Some people would say you should expect that type of customer service when you buy a top end product, but there’re is service and there service and Darren and he’s team go beyond. That are a credit to the Bang & Olufsen brand
