Great experience over two visits same sales person on both occasions. No pressure remained attentive by being nearby but very relaxed experience. Purchase made on second visit.

Was served by Wiktoria this morning and she explained everything that would be happening when I used the sleep match machine before talking me through all the different mattresses I could choose from and trying them out using a pillar of my liking. I was offered a drink twice while I was in store by Wiktoria and another gentleman whilst we sorted all the paperwork out. I chose a date to suit me for delivery of the mattress and was told I would be texted at what time to expect it on the day. Thank you very much for your assistance. Denise Atkins

Yesterday we were at the store to buy a mattress. Wiktoria, a helpful young lady, helped us choose the mattress. We also lay on the Sleepmatch mattress, which helped us choose a mattress. Wiktoria explained the details very thoroughly, willingly. We received detailed answers to all our questions. We were offered coffee and tea. At the time of payment, he explained the items to be paid twice. I can only recommend the store. Thank you Wiktoria! Csaba, Zita.
