We have visited twice before and each time the staff have been really helpful and knowledgeable. My pi5 board has recently developed a fault and so I contacted the store who helped me track down my receipt number so I could send the board back to be looked at. On receiving they checked and confirmed it was faulty and replaced with a new board and a pico to cover the cost of me posting the old board to them. I can't thank them enough. I dealt with Salene and Tim who I would like to thank personally and can't wait to return to the store in the new year.

I was amazed to find this store during a recent visit to Cambridge. This is the only Pi Store in the world according to the assistant! Things have moved on since I bought my first Pi (Pi 1 model B!) and it was great to find so many accessories and projects all in once place. Certainly better than trawling the internet and taking a punt on something you stumble across that looks interesting but might not actually work! I was particularly impressed with the Pi 500 series which are a Pi embedded in a keyboard meaning very easy access to be able to code and connect anywhere with a screen! Both my 12 year olds were fascinated with what the Pi can do and it may even rekindle their interest in coding! Many thanks to the assistant (sorry - didn't get your name) who had a long chat with me about the history of Pi and what's available these days!

The place is really nice. Bought my Pi 5 here but I only noticed there were missing parts from the kit. It was probably opened in the store for other customers 😔 I live 2hrs away so didn’t revisit to complain.
