Quality Inn

Dirty rooms. Not only do they need renovated, but had stains on the carpet. Dirty walls that housekeeping has neglected to clean. A musty damp smell in the room. Parking lot needs repaved. Looks like they have permanent residents and the smell of marijuana outside was overwhelming. Also, they sell alcohol and beer in the lobby (weird and probably not good for keeping things quiet at the motel). Overall not what we expected from the Quality inn chain. We will definitely never book a Quality inn sight unseen again. We stayed about 15 mins and left. A good 90 bucks down the drain.

We stopped to eat, planning to keep driving to Parkersburg, but our kids were done traveling for the night. Thankfully, we booked a night at the Quality Inn in Cambridge. We’ll definitely be adding this stop to our favorite hotels, as we travel through this area regularly. The proprietors of this hotel were SO kind and efficient. It may have been the quickest and easiest check in process ever. Great service. I love the fact that they have shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers in the rooms, instead of individual bottles and the fact that there was a child safety lock on the door was so amazing. The room felt secure, clean and comfortable. The outlets were accessible and worked. The tv worked well and had great options. If I were to offer any constructive criticism at all, it would only to be as feedback for this hotel of great value. I was highly pleased with my stay. I noticed the lobby was in need of repainting, the balcony walkway seemed rickety and the air was off in our room when we entered, which made for a stifling arrival, however, the room cooled quickly as the AC was efficient and was no issue. They had an easily accessible ice machine that worked well AND laundry, which was such a pleasant amenity. We will definitely stay again and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the great stay!

Well the Probably looks nothing like it does online.Very ran down, dirty.Looking kind of Like something you would expect to see in a third world country. The morning's front desk person was very nice and helpful. The staff that was putting Out the continental breakfast we're very rude,my coffee creamer was spoiled and when I asked if I could get some other creamer the person Said well I guess you know breakfast is over. It was 5 minutes till 9 I understood they only served it 9am but I had got my coffee around 8:15am.so I stood in the breakfast area And the person I asked never did come back with my Creamer. So I went and asked the nice lady at the front desk. If she'd be able to help me. She ran back and got me a couple and apologized For the lady who never brought them back to me. And she also apologized for the fact that the maids kept opening our room and going to walk in. While we were still in bed, we had booked there 3 days. I told them the first time. They did it, we didn't appreciate it and to please not do it again. Me, my daughter and my grandbabies have been through domestic violence situation.We do not like it when somebody just barges.In our room they made me feel very uncomfortable and made me not wanna stay there anymore.If I could get the money refund , i would have. I had to go buy my grandson. Who is 2 and a 1/2 My daughter,and myself new socks, ax. The other grand baby isn't even crawling yet. So, thankfully she didn't pick up all the dirt and nastiness off of the wood laminate floors that are in the rooms literally 5 minutes after taking my shoes off. The bottom of my. Socks were dirty so I wore them for the rest of the night till I went to bed just to see how disgusting they would be. And this pretty bad I threw them out. I had to go by my grandson to pair a slippers. Also, because he doesn't like to run around in the socks. He would have preferred to be barefooted and his poor little feet were black as start. Don't know hotels think it's. Ok to simply spray or miss the flowhyor and use a swifter duster to clean the spray up and expect the floor to be clean

Staff professional and kind and helpful. Room comfy pillows and plush comforter, impeccably clean. So many extras... Free hand sanitizer, a place to clean your boots, the hand towel was folded into a pretty design, cameras everywhere makes you feel safe, the breakfast was great...hot food, bananas, yogurt etc. Felt like an expensive hotel! Honestly better to stay here than at the state park nearby. The prices were great! The view of the town from top of the hill was beautiful at night. The flowering trees and other landscaping was very nice and well kept. I highly recommend this hotel, and when back in Cambridge I will stay here again!!

ROACHES!!! Marijuana smell outside was overwhelming. Stains on carpet, dirty, electricity didn't work at sink area. DO NOT STAY, HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!! The woman in the lobby was nice but I wish I had known what we were getting into after paying for 2 rooms. Caused our autistic daughter to have a meltdown.

The rooms were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We were greeted as soon as we entered. Abby, the lady at the front desk, was very friendly and courteous. She got us checked in quickly. Thanks, Abby, for making our stay easy.

Room was dirty. Stains on the walls and the lamp shades. Stain on the comforter. Spiders crawling out of air conditioner. Tub would not drain and bathtub was dirty. Furniture was broken and falling apart. Location was the only positive. We were in room #205

We had a nice stay when passing through the area... it is an older place... reason for a 4 for rooms... the rooms were clean and comfortable, as were the beds... There was a hot breakfast... and it is close to other restaurants... it sits on top of a hill and has excellent views of the town... August checked us in... she was great... nice and kind enough to answer questions about the area... she also was able to find us a room where we did not ne3d to carry luggage a ways... there is no elevator, but they do have some rooms where you can park outside your room... while an older motel, there were some small nice things about it... We would definitely stay again...
