I booked an appointment for my MacBook Pro. I arrived on time and was told to sit by the Genius Bar. Then it took 30mins for someone to talk to me and then cancel my appointment straightaway without telling me. I was sitting in the store for 2 hours with no one serving at all. I was almost crying at this busiest store. Finally someone noticed helped me look at my Mac. This is the worst and terrible experience I have in Cambridge. I would be very disappointed if this happened to anyone again.

My instore experience went well but 16 days later my trade-in still hasn't been used to clear my agreement. I don't live close to my store. Trying to get through on the phone is hopeless and there is no other support available which I think is appalling. Customer Care is non existent Update have now got through to the store but they have still not resolved the issue 6 weeks after the purchase and currently owe me nearly £250!!!

I had a pair of AirPods Pro that was reaching the end of their warranty and they started developing some minor issues, such as a slight whistling noise when plugging the right AirPod in. I called Apple Support, got an appointment the same day at the Genius Bar, and after a 10 min audio test, they replaced both AirPods. All in, I spent about 20 minutes in the store, and received great customer service and my problem was fixed without hesitation. Would highly recommend!

I recently used this store for advise on purchasing a new iPad or laptop. The chap was extremely helpful and professional and went out of his way to help me. Tip I went midweek when it was less busy, and not Saturday staff.

The after sales service is absolutely appalling! I spent 40 years working in retail offering amazing customer service therefore I know! We recently visited this store to purchase two IPhone 17 Pro Max phones and headphones total cost 2500 pounds. They did not have the phones in stock so were told they would order them for us. Most importantly we agreed that we would accept 300 pounds to trade in my 14 Pro Max. We were categorically told that once my phone was delivered we would receive a return envelope to return my phone, this did not happen! Therefore I tried to call the store around 10 times, no answers. I then called Apple direct and were told they could not help but offered a 300 credit instead, why would I need a credit?! I told them no answer at the store so they tried, but they could not get an answer either!! The Apple customer service told me to request speak to a manager on the answering system but NO answer and the only way i got any answer from the store was when I said I wanted to buy a phone but instead was redirected to main Apple Customer Services, back to square one! Any retailer that cannot be bothered to answer their telephone should b ashamed of themselves and do not deserve to be used by anyone and I will never use this shop again and instead will purchase elsewhere! My worst review ever!!!!!!!!!!

If you come to this store and you are served by Abby, Sam (awesome glasses!) or (I think it was Josh apologies I completely forgot the name) then you are in the best possible hands. They went above and beyond to help my mum get her phone fixed. A massive thank you to the staff here!

I sat for half an hour for repairs for my phone only to find out a hour or so later they can’t do repairs because my phone is second hand even though I told them it was second hand and i didn’t know its origin besides that my mother got it as a Christmas gift a year or two ago I understand it’s no one’s fault and just unfortunate circumstances but I’m still annoyed I wasted my time waiting plus I was also trying not to have a panic attack and regulate my senses and emotions while I waited since I use my phone as a tool to cope with lots going on around me as a autistic individual was heavily masking and the experience tired and stressed me out in the end Minus one star for that experience but overall besides that one incident our experience with the store has been great with friendly staff available to help as long as it’s not busy but even then a majority of the staff are available to help and are very polite and patient.

Beyond horrendous, a load of students stood around on their Saturday jobs with their iPhones. The girl insisted on Googling to see whether the apple pencil I wanted to purchase was compatible with my ipad, showing me the result on her device then escorting me to a display ipad to look at the apple pencil I didn't want.... I just walked out after telling her that I'd already done all that at home and I'd buy it online. No geniuses at this bar...
