I found TVCNet when my website was hacked. My hosting company couldn't find the issue, but Jim did, within hours and got it sorted. His customer service is personal and way above fantastic. Every question is answered patiently. More so, he recognised that I suffer from digital PTSD since the hacking and I'm way over vigilant about my websites now, but he's still patient with my over-zealousness. Very highly recommended.

I found The Virtual Company and TVC Net when one of my nonprofit websites was hacked and became a Japanese E-Commerce site. My webhost at the time was no help at all! Jim fixed my website and had it up and running with no loss of content less that two hours after I called him. He also gave me several tips on how to make my websites more secure. Yesterday I added hosting for a website and Jim had it migrated and running quickly with no down time in within hours after I contacted him. When you need help there is no waiting. He is a WordPress wiz and a true professional!

Unfortunately my Wordpress website got hacked and that's when I was referred to TVCNet to get my website fixed. From the moment I started working with them I knew I was in good hands. Jim and his team are fantastic! He got my website functional again in record time and gave me recommendations to avoid any future incidents. They also offer hosting services so I decided to move my website hosting to TVCNet. Anytime I needed any assistance with my website, they were more than happy to assist me with it no matter what the issue was. They were so helpful and responsive. Jim at TVCNet is one of a kind! I have been using them for 10 years now. Whenever I have problems with my WordPress website he goes out of his way to help! Recently we wanted to make the Wordpress site more SEO-friendly and he gave me a step-by-step explanation on what to do! Additionally, whenever I had any issues on this topic he would go the extra mile to offer help! Without his help I would have never been able to make my site SEO-friendly. He is a Wordpress Expert! Not just that, Jim always makes sure my website is safe from hackers, we have not seen a hacker touch my site for years. If anyone needs a Hack Guard, TVCNet is the Premier option.

I moved all my websites and emails to TVC.net the reason was Go Daddy is always raising prices and tech support is NOT good. I have no time to wait on hold for a tech guy. So I found TVC.net and Jim is great to work with and always helps me in a bind. I mean they are fast and always there to help you. I know its scary to move a business and website and emails but they did it all at no charge. It was the best decision I ever made for my businesses. Yes I have several websites we moved and there was no down time. Plus no charge for security!
